chris remembers the night when he was put into gryffindor house. he was so worried and anxious about the sorting hat, and his father assured him that everything would turn out okay, like it had did for him and his siblings, but he was still terrified. the sorting hat's voice yelling "gryffindor!" was one of the best feelings in the world to him. to know that he was going to join the rest of his family and friends there, and follow in his family's footsteps, it was just an tsunami of happiness. chris has a vancouver island wolf as his patronous. he's extremely loyal, and he's a team person. he hates to do things by himself, but when it's necessary, he just gets the job done. he hates being left out, which usually leads to his lack of speech when he gets angry.

with some polyjuice potion, chris would definitely be his older brother, alcott. he would love to do magic outside of hogwarts, and be in the order of the phoenix, knowing what was actually happening. he idols him and usually asks him for advice, but he's always wanted to be like him.

chris is actually incredibly insecure. he doesn't feel like he could ever join the order of the phoenix, and be like his older brother. he's the youngest, so naturally he's jealous of his older siblings, though he doesn't show it. he's also has a picture of his parents and grandparents together under his pillow that he doesn't show anyone. ever. he also is very embarrassed that he's related to salazar slytherin and can speak parseltongue, and he hates to talk about it. especially to any other gryffindors or slytherins for that matter.

christopher potter? he's harry potter's grandson for heaven's sake! he's an intelligent one too, but he gets into some trouble when it comes to studying. he just can't focus that well. his teachers like him...well not all of them, but most of them. he's good in class, he doesn't speak, but he's easily bored when the lesson comes to it. he's alcott potter's little brother, though alcott is much different. chris is definitely less serious, he jokes around and likes a laugh. he loves quidditch, but he's still contemplating going out for the team. chris is terrible with girls, and he usually makes a fool of himself in front of them. he's utterly confused by them, like most of the boys his age, but he'll struggle through the awkward times to ask one out.

chris is apart of the potter family. he's brave, loyal, a bit troublesome, like most of them. he stands up for his friends, each and every one of them, and he's not afraid of a duel. chris would love to join the order of the phoenix, be like the rest of his family, but he's still too young. he hates to talk about the ootp though, as it just reminds him that he's not in it. he's not exactly patient, and he gets bored easily. it takes all his willpower to complete essays and whatnot, and he's usually very snappy by the end of it. chris loves to talk to his family though. his older brother is his idol, and he always asks for advice from his sister. especially advice on girls. he's a sixteen year old boy, therefor hormones generally mess him up. he stutters in front of some, then is bewildered by them. he gets very frustrated when it comes to actually talking with them, and he becomes very worried over their reactions. 'they're just so confusing!'
chris is generally very polite, but if you're a snooty, pure-blood elitist slytherin, you'd better not cross him. he has a quite a skill for jinxes and hexes, and the impediment jinx and bat-bogey hex are some of his favored ones. he knows when to stop, though, but he'll definitely get you back later in life. chris just has a really good memory. it's not photographic at all, he just has a very detailed mind. he usually tries to earn any points he's docked off back in class by answering questions, though. he's pretty relaxed, though he does have his moments when he's a bit fussy, particularly when he's bored or waiting for something. chris has always worried about impressing his family, with such famous people to live up to. he's less worried about it now, unlike his first year, where he was absolutely terrified of not living up to his grandfather. he knows that things were much different back then, and there's nothing much he can do yet. he's ecstatic about joining the order of the phoenix, though.

christopher nathaniel potter was born on april 20th, 2022 to james and brownen potter. he was the youngest, with an older brother and sister. chris loved to hear stories from his father about all the adventures he had at hogwarts. when his grandparents came, he was completely rapturous. he wanted to know everything that had happened to them along their years at hogwarts, straight from the source. he always used to sit on the rug and trace his fingers over the intricate lines while his family talked about the second wizarding world. he also loved the stories about work. just the thought of being an auror seemed riveting.
a year before chris was accepted into hogwarts, bad things started to happen to the wizarding world. james started working longer, and become more stressed. brownen seemed scared when she returned from work. there were murders, missing people, stories of tortures, and something was just wrong. chris read some of the articles, but his mother took the newspaper away from him. she said that the stories were bad for him to read. he still could look over a page, right? the front page showed an eerie cloud that was clearly a skull with a snake slithering out of his mouth. the dark mark. he had never seen a picture of it, and it gave him nightmares for a month.
once chris turned eleven, he started paying more attention to their family owl. once he got the letter, james had to sneak into his room late at night just to get the list of supplies. when they went to diagon alley, chris ran off to see the weasley's joke shop. brownen was furious, and he was grounded until he left for hogwarts. he had to stay by her side for the entire trip. chris left for hogwarts, with his older sister talking about her first year experiences. the sorting hat was placed on his head, and after a small conversation about his parents, it called out "gryffindor!" and chris rushed over to his siblings.
chris has had a pretty relaxed few years at hogwarts. his mother sent him a howler on the third day of his fifth year though, telling him that he must study for those owls, which he's still having trouble with. but he's trying.
